I stumbled across this forum accidentally and was apallled at the amount of pain and suffering endured by arthritis victims.

My brother, his son and I would have been among you if we hadn't been following the following arthritis curing protocol for the last 10 years:

1000 mg. glucosamine sulfate, 3 times daily, with meals
" chondroitin " "
500 mg msm " "
Please not: those who are allergic to sulfur should not take msm.

My 54 year brother's arthritis had progressed to the point where it was in his ankles. His hands were so pained that he couldn't hold a screwdriver to install a license plate on his car. After the onset of arthritis, he had 2 bouts with Lyme disease, which made it worse. Now that he's cleared of the Lyme, he has very little pain, and would likely have no pain at all if he quit his job as a landscaper.

His son showed symptoms in his early thirties, and they rapidly disappeared when he started the protocol. Effective pain relief was felt within 4 weeks.

I started the protocol within days of my first symptoms and haven't had any pain since, except when I hand sand wood for hours, which results in a little pain in my finger joints that dissipates within a day of stopping the hand sanding activity.

I advised a 62 male friend who had arthritic calcification at the base of his spine to do the protocol. He was virtually bedridden and could barely move. The doctors were advising surgery.
