Question rheumatoid arthritis

Hi, I am a 28 year old female wife and mother of 5 ages 7,6,4, and 2 year
old boy/girl twins. I was diadnosed with RA last year. I am currently taking Enbrel and methotrexate for my RA. Within this year alone I have had 2 surguries on my shoulder (March and in August). I recently started having more pain. My Dr did an MRI and it showed some decalcification and bursitis once again. My doctor gave me a cortisone shot to see how that would help however, I've already traveled down that road before and it didn't help much for very long. My question is weather or not I should consider shoulder replacement or just allow the doctor to once again to do a shoulder arthroscopy?
I would hate to continue having these surgeries knowing that my shoulder is going to contine to have decalcification, but I don't know if shoulder replacement is the right approach for me at this time. Anyone with information about RA or knows someone that does please respond, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
