Re: Fibromyalgia

Hi Ronnie, I don't much about fibro but there is a fibro board here so maybe you'll get a chance to look at it.

Re: Fibromyalgia

Ronnie I have fibromyalgia and Anklosing spondylitis.I just started Enbrel for the AS.What meds do you take for the psoriasis arthritis and Fibro?
I take Ultram and provigal....
It is hard having the two together...so I know how you feel.
That is the great thing about these boards. They have forums for arthritis
and fibro.MB

Re: Fibromyalgia

Thank you both for your replies. I will look on the fibro board. I have tried sulphasalazine, methotrexate and leflunomide for the arthritis and currently on steroids daily. I am seeing my rheumy early feb and will be looking into getting an anti tnf drug, so will find out more then.

Thank you

Ronnie

Re: Fibromyalgia

Hi Wen!

So glad to hear from you, was worried about you. Sorry to hear you have been feeling so bad. I had yet another saga this week, went down a step too hard and thought I broke my ankle, the pain was unbearable, went to a & e and doc said it looked fractured, but after x ray was told its badly sprained. The arthritis in my ankle made it feel worse (it felt broken). Still few days on, strapped up, and getting better. I am a walking disaster. Frankie is wonderful, so pretty and such a lovely nature, he has made living with arthritis more bearable, and he is glued to me permamently so I feel I have something that needs me, and that makes me get on with things when dont want to. Still you get better soon, and keep smiling, we have to dont we?

Take care,
Ronnie xx
