Hi, from what I've been told and read, it's best taken in the morning because there's less chance it will suppress your adrenal glands; however, if you've been given instructions to take it more than once per day, you should probably follow those instructions. If it's only once per day, take it in the morning. That's what i've always been told, anyway.
