gout: black cherry concentrate

Nov 30
I am told that black cherry concentrate liquid or capsules is good for controlling gout. I would like advise from anyone who has taken both since liquid is quite expensive.

Re: gout: black cherry concentrate

I don't know if this is available there in India but in the US we usually eat canned tart pie cherries - not the pie filling but the cherries - 20 per day. It does work for most people.

Re: gout: black cherry concentrate

When my husband had a gout attack I bought the cherry juice at the health food store. He drank it twice a day, but after the first dose he felt relief....so he feels it really works.
