I sware. You can choose to not believe me but hopefully you get desperate at some point and just try this.
I had/have (depending if I cheat) arthritis in my fingers. I was told to stop eating dairy altogether and meat and to take fish oil and glucosamine and it worked. It takes months for it to kick in but it does work. TRY IT, what do you have to lose versus what you have to gain. I cant explain how exactly it works but it does work. I have no reason to be lying to you. However when you do cheat than it comes back right away.

Re: Arthritis is not what you think it is, I learned first hand that it is cureable
I believe this works with both rheumatoid and osteo, mine was rheumatoid. I got this advice within the first year of having arthritis. Im not saying it will cure everyones but I am saying it will help. Also dairy is very hard to avoid btw so you gotta try really hard for a while.
Re: Arthritis is not what you think it is, I learned first hand that it is cureable
You will have to excuse my skepticism, but RA in particular, can go into full remission for months and even years. Some people get very mild forms that do little damage. I have a friend who has had RA for 25 years and all she has is some bad knuckles. I have had RA for 6 years and it has hit all my joints(including my OA surgically replaced knees) as well as the blood vessels of my brain, my optic nerves and the covering of my heart.
So I'm glad you have a mild form that has gone into remission for now. But that is not what most people face. You are just lucky...not finding a cure. If it was that easy, we'd all be doing it. And many of us do take exactly what you take(including me at one point) and doing the same diet restrictions and it has not helped us at all.
Consider yourself a very lucky person. And pray it stays that way.

firstly yea i am very lucky that i have it mildly, but there was a point where it was hurting every day and i couldn't bend my finger(s). You obviously have it very bad so its not gonna get cured but if it helps with arthritis (which it does) than thats still way better than nothing. How long did you try the no meat and dairy (and i also stopped eating candy). And did you really cut it out cus I know dairy is pretty much everywhere.
