Maybe this sounds familiar to you guys

Google sucks (or maybe it's me ) and to be honest, I don't have the time to do extensive research on this. Maybe this sounds familiar to you guys. I just don't want to go to a doctor unless it's serious.
20 y/o female. Patellar reflexes were present until last year. Lower back goes numb after sitting for long periods (more than 45 minutes). Pain all over body. Pain on hands and feet (some stiff joints and just general pain). Sharp pain on forearms, shins, knees, elbows, and back. Back going numb and some back pain has been going on for a few years. However, widespread pain started this year but has been progressing. Headaches occur once in a while. Loss of focus/being in a semi-dreamlike state is the same as usual. I've always been like that... sucky attention span. Does this seem like something that would require a checkup immediately or could it wait for a few months? Note that pain is there but it doesn't bother me all that much since I'm ignoring it (I'm weird that way, I've always done it).

Sooo, anyone? I'm putting it in the arthritis board since it seems more likely.

You have a medical condition which should be looked at in the very near future. Considering what you say it could be nothing or it could be something more serious. I would see a doc and get a workup'

Re: Maybe this sounds familiar to you guys

Agree with James: will not hurt to just have a check up.
For example all my guys in the office suffer from stiffness and pain all over their bodies, but they sit in front of computer (this is their job) all day long with short walking to get water or coffee.
If you sit long time in front of computer or TV, you may become very stiff or get very painful muscles and joints. Especially neck, shoulders, forearms area where burning gets bad...

But since you young, it better be checked anyway. Who knows? I dont know your family history or your life style, very hard to say what is what just based on what you wrote.
Best shot for you - to see your GP.

Good luck and best outcome
