Hi,
I am 48 and have degenerative arthritis that impacts me every day, as well as degeneration of my cervical and lumbar spine. My toes hurt after a walk and the crazy thing is that I am very healthy and active otherwise - I also walk allot. I had to give up many sports about 10 years ago.

I have an appointment setup to potentially intiiate Prolotherapy and have a couple of questions:
1) anyone out there have it for both arthritis and spine? Sounds like it might take allot of treatments?
2) I have had a few epidurals, and dont usually find that painful. This sounds quite painful and you are out of pocket for a few days after?
