Facts about RA

In rheumatoid arthritis, the immune systems act against themselves which leads to the joints to tear. It results in swelling, burning and general inflammation. The cure is beyond just taking the pills and supplements. Pain relief from this disease will change your whole lifestyle from exercise, diet, tackling the pain and knowledge. Just make you aware of the fact that it doesnít have cure, you can only reduce the pain to a minimum extent.

Its major symptom is that it will affect both identical areas like both wrists, both knees, both hands. Sometimes it became viral and affects eye, lung, heart or kidneys.
