ASD Assessment as an adult, how?

Happen to have any luck? After becoming aware of AS about 4-5 years ago, I have slowly determined I absolutely have it, just need an official DX to feel as it's proven to the world. The next time I see my primary doctor, I plan on just asking for the screening. Its the same way I was Dx'd with ADHD. I asked. Nurse and doctor each asked 5-10 questions. That was it. I don't see why AS couldn't be the same.

There is no convincing me I do not have it, at this point. I do not understand how everyone in my life missed this when I was growing up. If necessary I could draft a thesis proving my hypothesis--that alone should be enough to convince a disbeliever! Lol.
