Asperger's and Dyslexia

Does anyone know of or have a child that with asperger's that is also has dyslexia? My son is going for testing for asperger's in Feb. and they are also going to test him for dyslexia. He is five and not able to go to school yet, but his therapist feels he may be dyslexic and that he hears, but may not hear correctly. Does anyone have any information on either of these issues? Thank you.

Re: Asperger's and Dyslexia

Asperger's and hyperlexia is what we are dealing with. We have to be very specific with comprehension questions. I thought it was kind of neat that he was reading at grade level 3 at age 4 for reading alone. Of course it did not mean anything if he did not answer the comprehension questions that he assumed you already knew the answer to...... Some of the parodies he comes up with make me laugh.
