 autism or aspergers?
hello we have just got back from seeing cams paeditrition, at the last meeting he was diagnosed as being on the spectrum, we then had to wait 3 months them to collect info on him (strengths and weaknesses etc) now all they can tell us is that he is somewhere between autism and aspergers! he displays traits from both, also they made a big thing about him only doing things on his terms - speach therapy etc, now is this not normal for a 4 1/2 year old! i just dont know what to do! they seem to expect him to be the model child! is this normal or is he just being difficult?
