In what way do you mean that your son doesn't have aspergers ?
How old is your child. maybe he never had it in the first place

Re: i do not think my son has aspergers anymore

My child was given a tentative diagnosis with the proviso it would be reviewed at the end of his school life . My child has never been statemented and for the last 18 months has not needed learning support. My child is achieving in all areas of life.
Does anyone know what I should do next?
Has anyone ever had a diagnosis reversed or know of someone who has?

THANK YOU.

Rejoice! Enjoy life! If things ever look gloomy at times in the future remember this moment and have your spirits lifted!

And no, I've never come across a reversal of diagnosis, altho from time to time on this site I'm sure people have talked about the diagnosis kind of changing, eg becoming more on the aspergers side rather than autistic.

I just recently had a conversation with my son's Pediatrician, who suggested that perhaps at his next evaluation, he might be "upgraded" to PDD-NOS, as he's doing so well. He does still have his quirks and such, but I'm thankfully we have another year to work with the Autism diagnosis, to get the needed therapies.
