 How do you deal with Air-conditioned environments?
Hello everyone,
Does anyone else have a problem with being in an air-conditioned building? My lungs get very tight and are painful when I breathe in the cold air, even if I wear a heavy coat to "shield" my lungs from the chill. Usually in a few hours I have the symptoms of a cold, ie earache, general tired feeling and if I don't take herbs immediately, I fall victim to the illness.
I cannot work, only from my own home, and the yearly air-conditioning season causes me great distress.
How do you cope? What alternatives have you found?
Thank you for any ideas as I'm at a loss on how to successfully be a part of our modern air-conditioned world!
