I got asthma at the age of 11 years old and now
I am 27.

After so many years of struggling with asthma, I have
found many different ways of preventing it. These
are solely applicable to my body conditions and
wonder whether they helps you too.

Avoid
Cold food - makes my lung weak
Heaty food - cause phelgm
Chicken - cause phelgm which trigger my asthma
Orange - cause phelgm

Deep breathe in and out 10 times before bed-
this helps a lot as it open my lung and makes
my lung strong.

If you can deep breathe whenever you can to make
your lung stronger.

Crocodile meat -
I take once a year to control my asthma. Usually
I stew the crocodile meat (dried), add some salt to it
and drink it.


Food poses a great influence on asthma attack.
Take note of your food intake and check which
food you are allergy too and try to reduce it.
