I have been suffering from panic attacks for awhile.
At frist I believed it was asthma, but after taking an inhaler I found that it only made my anxiety and breathing worse. The only thing that I found that helped my breathing tremendously was blowing up a balloon twice a day. It execises the diaphragm and deepens the breath. I found that after a while I have been breathing more deeply and thus I'm more relaxed. I feel like I'm getting more air in my lungs and it's a good feeling.
