recently ive began to cough, and after i feel like i cant breath and i cant talk. i have to talk small breathes until a minute later im back to normal. it seems to be getting worse. i had chocolate milk 5 minutes ago and now i cant stop coughing and im having trouble breathing! im scared! im 14 and have had asthma my whole life.

hey i am 18 and have had asthma my whole life too. i am allergic to milk. if i drink to much of it i cough a lot. what you need to do if you havent already is go get tested for the food you are allergic to. i did. and it helped. good luck

its not just milk, its any drink, even water. i think there might be flem in my throat
