Resveratrol: does it help or hurt asthmatics?
I have heard some stuff about the possible health benefits of Resveratrol, which is found in grapes and red wine. I eat a lot of grapes anyways, but I was wondering if it is a good idea for an asthmatic to take additional Resveratrol supplements? Thanks! Dave

My understanding is that reservatrol has a lot of antioxidents in it. A local winery produces reservatrol that one can buy in bottles. My husband took it for a while mixed with sprite to no ill effect, but I prefer plain old vitamins, V-8 juice, etc.
