Mine are smoke, any smell (even lightly scented things), and allergies.

Re: Triggers?

Yeah Smoke drives me nuts...meh...nasty stuff. Same with scented things, and dusty places seem to get me, too.

Re: Triggers?

Allergies- Dust, Ragweed & Grass are my environmental triggers. Also showed up very allergic to dogs, and also cats but have never noticed a reaction specifically from either. Who knwos maybe lol. Also certain fragrances and strong smells. Cold, dry air & ice cream really make me cough.. oh and crackers and other dry crubmly foods like that make me cough lol.

Re: Triggers?

Ooo...dogs...I forgot them. But I only notice it if I spend a long time with one, in a poorly ventilated place.

Re: Triggers?

Dogs and cats, but especially cats. Fireplace smoke. (Yet I smoke cigarettes. I never claimed to be terribly bright.) Eucalyptus trees. Mold. Dust.

I've noticed that a lot of asthmatics are bothered by extreme cold, yet when I'm having an attack, I can stick my head in my freezer and breathe easier.
