Hot shower?
Everytime I take a hot shower I can't breathe! Why is this happening?
You'd think steam would help open everything up so I could breathe better....

Well Mold and Damp are asthma triggers, if the area you're showering in (i.e. the bathroom as a whole) has either or both of these conditions then its likely that the heat is interacting with them and is making it hard to breathe.

The same thing happens to me. If you're congested and it's not coming up, the trapped mucus is what's causing you to feel like you can't breathe.
For me, when I'm coughing bad and I've already had a couple nebs, I take a hot shower and that helps the coughing.

Yeah, I noticed it didn't help me the other day, and in fact it made me a little bit worse...I was going to ask, but someone got around to making this post before I did.

I remember going into a sauna,,,thought I was going to smother! Thought I'd try the steam room,,same thing~
