| Cool or Warm Mist Humidifier
hey all, I have asthma, allergies, and a bunch of other fun stuff. I'm thinking about buying a humidifier for my room because the one that's connected to the heating system in the house is broken. Lately I feel that my skin and hair is dryer, and I do often wake up with a dry throat, nose, etc.
I was just trying to research them and as usual, it's confusing as anything else. Mostly my concern is that I don't want to get one that's going to flair up my allergies because when I was tested, I reacted to 4 out of 5 mold sports...so humidity always seems to be a problem for my allergies/asthma. So does that mean I should get a cool mist one to alleviate the overall dryness in the air, or will that still affect my asthma?
