My peak flow has been over 90% of my personal best, but I still have some (mainly mental )problems like mood swings particularly before a bad weather. Though basically my anti-candida diet works, but it's not perfect. I'm thinking of going to see a doctor other than my asthma doctor who is an allergist.
What I'm concerned about is that asthamatics, particularly life-long asthma suffers, could be vulnerable to thyroid problems. As often said, asthma goes hand in hand with one's hormonal balance. In fact hormonal imbalance sometimes affects asthma.
Is there anyone who has seen an endocrinologist?
What test is done there?
