perfumes/colognes

Those of you that are sensenitve to perfumes and colognes, is it not hard to remain living a normal life? I am so sensative to scents. etc. It has really started to reflect on my social life. I find myself avoiding situations that I love to attend, because of the reaction from my lungs, etc. Any advise would be great. Thanks

YES! Not so much that it affects my life, per se, but I do feel your pain. I've been in a few places where I gotta step outside, get some fresh air, use my inhaler, etc.

Re: perfumes/colognes

I have problems when it comes to scents too. At times I am really sensitive. Sometimes I cannot take any perfume, soaps, and lotions. As soon as I smell it my chest gets really tight, and I have a hard time breathing. For me it is very difficult because I am surrounded by people all the time. It is near impossible not to be around different scents. All I can do it take one day at a time.
