I would say if it keeps you from doing things you normally would do or impacts your quality of life, get it checked out. The charts are not foolproof...everyone is different and your physician can help clarify that for you. I'm 5'2", 59 years old, have a very mild case of asthma, use flovent every day and albuterol before I jog (2 miles almost every day) and the best I can get is around 390....and it does not concern me in the least! I do what I want, my doc says I'm doing fine...end of story...
