Curious for opinions - Asthma Message Board

I'm on a new job, yesterday I had a fever didn't wake up with it, had a headached , dizzy , confused, called dr. Because I was sob they fit me right in , besides my advair I'm now on flovent and zithromax and a cough suppressant at night. The dr's office called late yesterday. I'm thinking of staying home this am, and maybe making it in this afternoon. My peak flow is in the caution zone which I don't get unless I'm sick. I'm just curious, would you stay home? my dh thinks I'm just a big baby. I've been diagnosed with bronchitis.

I know it's a tough decision because it's a new job and you don't want to make a bad impression on the new boss. However if you are feeling bad you need to stay home. You could be in danger of an attack if you over exert yourself.
