Advair and Broken Bones

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced broken bones with Advair. My daughter is 10 and has been on Advair for 4 years for mild asthma. She has broken 3 bones in 3 years in just minor kid accidents that should have just been a bruise. At some point, the issue of an increase in broken bones due to Advair and inhaled steroids was raised, but it appears that a couple of other studies ruled that out. I'm not so sure that's not the case. A side affect of Advair is bone loss, but they only relate this to older adults. I'm very concerned and looking for resources, researchers, etc. to get more information.
Has anyone else experienced this, heard anything about this, or can refer any resources I could appeal to?

Re: Advair and Broken Bones

Have you expressed your concerns to your daughter's doctor? My 4 y/o grandson has asthma/allergies and has been on inhaled/oral steroids, which really scare me. Now his mom is giving him extra childrens' calcium and a multi-vitamin daily to compensate for steroid use.

There is a great deal of info online, but it's pretty frightening. If your dr. isn't helpful, maybe an appt. with a specialist is in order. 3 bones in 3 years is very worrisome, IMO.
