Does Symbicort effect your menstrual cycles?
I was recently diagnosed with adult-onset asthma and was started on Symbicort in early September (2 puffs twice a day). I have always had normal periods...very regular, every 24-25 days. After starting Symbicort I had an almost two-week-long period in the middle of October and now I am skipping my period, which is a first for me (I'm 42). Can this be related to the steriod in the Symbicort? Anyone else have this issue?

Never had that issue. At 42, it may just be the beginning of peri.

Thanks for your response. I'm probably in denial that I'm getting old enough for that stuff to begin....drat.
