Hi, I am new here and I have asthma since childhood and I am allergic to smog, eggplant, eggs, chicken, and even milk. Those are few of my favorite foods and I hate the fact that I need to avoid them. My question is, what are other food allergens that trigger asthma attack?
It's individual to each person so it's almost impossible to say. Same for environmental allergies. I have a ton of them but they don't bother my asthma.
It would depend on what you are allergic to. If you are not allergic to any other foods, then they shouldn't be allergy triggers for you.
I can be outside during the highest pollen count days with no issues, but put me in a dusty room with a cat and I'm in trouble. That's because I'm not allergic to pollen. For other people, it's a huge trigger.
