Too much ENERGY for my lungs

I have lost weight and I find I have more energy but I think my lungs cannot keep up sometimes.
Can anyone relate??

Re: Too much ENERGY for my lungs

Do you have asthma, and are you on any medications at this time?

i find if I have a cold or fighting one that my lungs get a bit tired if I'm doing something more strenuous. But, I admit I could improve my stamina/strength/endurance with more exercise as well.

Re: Too much ENERGY for my lungs

Sports training is often recommended for people with asthma as long as you monitor it take your medicine before you start excercising and take a break when you feel tired. Start slow and work your way up

Good luck
