hi our son has been on supernu-thea for a wee while now. he dosen`t like the taste of it much but we just try to get as much of it down him as possible.
his DR has ordered it in liquid form so that should be better.
One change i have seen is his dirrahea has stopped all together. that was a big problem!!
i tried to get the DR to order TMG at the same time. but she said from she hs read TMG is not needed.
I have tried ordering it my self from kirkmans labs but each time i click on sales page on their web site it won`t come up some thing to do with AOL?????????????

Trisha,

Have you tried calling Kirkmans? How have you been giving your son the Super Nu Thera? My son did not like the liquid form. I buy the capsules and open them in a little orange juice and he drinks it better. I also want to say that alot of doctors are skeptical about vitamin therapy. I have a nutritionist that I work with and they seem to be more knowledgable in this area. My sons pediatrician was very very worried about the vitamins and was relived that I hired a nutritionist to join our team to help my son.

hi Rachel

yesterday i e-mailed kirkmans labs about maybe sending them a cheque for TMG. they e-mailed back telling me they have a distrubor in London and it would be easier and quicker for me to usethem to order so i got their website address got on to the page, but found the TMG all have different mg which one should i order, and do you think the capsules would be better

please get back to me as i want to order soon.
do children and adults take the same mg, i don`t want to overdose Jason

According to my kirkman guide small children should take 3 to 6 capsules (175mg) a day. The dosage should be given 1/2 in the A.M. and 1/2 in the afternoon. I prefer capsules but I do give my son the powder form of acidophilus. I just mix it all up in orange juice. My son hates the liquid form of vitamin and mineral so I buy capsules. Every child is different. You know your child better than anyone else. I also read that they have TMG with folic acid & vitamin B-12. They say that the folic acid is added to counteract hyperactivity and b12 is added so that the folic acid does not mask a b-12 deficiency. Also, if or when you order ask for their "GUIDE TO SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION FOR AUTISM AND RELATED CONDITIONS" it is free and it will help you decide on different products and will help you on the ones you are about to order. I will be speaking to my sons nutritionist on monday. If I learn anything new I will pass it along to you. Good luck and if I can help in anyway just let me know.

thanks for your quick reply. i am going to e-mail an order for TMG capsules wth folic acid and B12. i will also ask for the booklet to keep me right.
so i should order 175mg and give 525mg in the morning, and 525mg in the afternoon?[i am going to give him 3 capsules]
what is the acidophilus for?
