My son is a young adult with Autism. He is now going through his sexual stage.

Any ideas on how to handle this? It does get easier but each stage in his life is handled differently.

I am a single working mom and was very much hands on teaching- shaving, personal care, manners, atm and on-line banking and many more subjects.

Right now I am teaching him to iron and cook on a electric griddle.

The sex stage is tough he wants a girlfriend so bad. I told him when God was ready he will send him a girlfriend. Any ideas?

All boys in this age group want a girlfriend really bad- so he is right on target! LOL
Seriously, most boys are insecure and not sure of how to deal with both their hormones and the opposite sex.
Just remind him to use good manners, and treat girls like girls.... one will come along in time. Sounds like he is a heck of a wonderful young man who you have done a super job raising- if he is good to you- he will make a great boyfriend and husband some day- a lucky female will realize this.
