potty training and other question

my daughter is almost 4 years old and has autism and apraxia. i tried potty training her in the summer but she was just peeing all over and not caring that she was wet i always had her in underwear when trying to potty train her. i tried taking her to the potty more often and expanding the minutes of sitting her on the potty but nothing worked. i havent tried in a few months and want to try again and not sure where to start. she goes to school and they put her on the potty on breaktime. my question is should i put pull-ups on her when taking her to school or when she goes there cause sometimes she has therpay before school and not sure they will take her to the bathroom i will have to ask them i know her ABA therapist isnt allowed to take her in the bathroom or change her i believe. thats what i wonder though if she is having lots of accidents when do i put pull-ups on her or do i let her go everywhere and bring lots of clothes to change her into she talks but she has apraxia so not everyhting comes out correct though her cognitive ability is wonderful she does one sign and mostly communicates through pictures though she does use her words as well. and she fights me about going to the bathroom too when i was trying in the summer and major aggression i could hardly handle her.

second question is she doesnt like to transition from the sippy cup to straw cup she blows into the cup when she tries to drink from the straw. also she refuses to drink from open cup, she has done it once but only in ABA when it is forced or else she gets nothing. i try to hold out but even her teacher says not to withold drinks or food which i dont and i got rid of an ABA agency who told me to give her nothing cause some if it is sensory we believe, and not that i give up on the cup but she simply wont drink anything if i offer her a straw or open cup. i feel so bad like i can do more for my daughter though i am trying my best and she has progressed so much but some things don't come easy. anyone have any avice for potty training and transition from sippy to straw etc...

i also tried the straw that is rubbery the ones you buy in infant and toddler dept and she will drink from that but she bites up the rubbery straw i worry pieces will come loose and she will choke so i have to watch her with that... anyway if anyone could give me some suggestions i'd appreciate it.
