How has you son been this past month?
I've heard that men who have urgency sometimes have an enlarged prostate. Perhaps take him to a specialist.

As behavioral, how does he handle stress? Has he changed his dietary habits? This is also a time for physical change. Maybe there's a hormonal/1chemical imbalance.
Is your son able to give any input as to what he thinks or what is going on in his world?

I haven't dealt with this in my autistic son. Sorry I am not more of a help.
