Bugbite?-no...what the heck is this?! - Autoimmune Disorders Message Board

About three days ago I noticed something on my midish thigh that appeared to be a bug bite. It is red with a dark red-purple center, sore to the touch (like a bruise), and all the hair within a 2 inch radius of it seems to have been killed and is now growing back. About 1 and a half days after the initial legion, I aquired two more on my right and left inner thigh, and a final (as of now) one on my arm pit. Should I be worried about this?

It could be Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Please check with a doctor.

Hmm, I looked up pictures of Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and that does not look like what I have. What I have are small-about 3mm in diameter with about a 1 cm diameter pink spot around the inner dark red region. Also, they are not pussing nor smelly.
