| Postive ANA 4 yrs ago, speckled and homogenous, now hair falling out, weak
I don't know what to do. I had a positive ANA several yrs ago. I have had strange symptoms that have come and gone over the years. Right now, I am incredibly weak, fatigued, exhausted, my hair is falling out and I am so foggy. TSH is okay, CBC was fine except for RBC count a bit low.
My doctor isn't taking me seriously. I am not sure what to do. Waiting for ANA results again. I can barely function and slept 16 hours yesterday. My work and home life are severely affected.
I am also cold at all times, underweight and feel dizzy and not cognitively functioning well.
