Have you tested for food sensitivities? You can do an elimination diet to check for sensitivities to wheat, corn, dairy, and nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant). Sounds basic but apparently a lot of people - especially those with autoimmune disease - have food sensitivities and when they identify it and eliminate the problem from their diet, symptoms - such as chronic hives - will vanish.
