Unhappy Anyone With Similar Symptoms

Ok, this might get a little lengthy so here I apologize in advance. Back ground, I am (or was) a happy healthy 37 year old . In mid dec I starting having a burning sensation on my scalp. within a week the burning moved into my eyes and then it was a vaginal burn. I was also having terrible insomnia and urinating all the time. Sometimes over a dozen times at night. Night time was always worse. I went to the doctor and she did an exam to check for yeast, bacteria and UTI's or bladder infection and a complete STD panel. Everything came back negative.

I was then sent to family practice. By the time I got to my family practice appointment a couple days later and had just a general feeling of bad health. Felt disorientated and just not right. He did a CBC and some other blood tests. It was found that I had an extremely low Vitamin D. I was put on 50000 of Vit D per week. I was so excited that they found something and was looking forward to feeling better. After a week or so on the vitamin D I was getting horrible anxiety attacks and my sleep issues were unbareable. I have never had anxiety before so this scared me. I did some research and found that high doses of Vitamin D can reduce your magnesium, which could cause anxiety. I put my self on a magnesium supplement and also got some Valerian to help me sleep. All natural products. Both the Valerian and Magnesium have helped tons for the sleep and anxiety but I was still not feeling well and developed pain in my pelvic area and hips which moved into both of my legs.

I also developed a CONSTANT pressure in my left side. My entire left sde of my rib cage from front to my spine. SO uncomfortable. I went back to the doctor and he had me do more blood work and also had me go for an MRI on my lumbar and an ultrasound for my belly. MRI showed degeneration of my lumbar vertabrae and the ultra sound showed nothing except some folds in my gallbaldder, which is on the right side so not the cause of my pain. I also came back with a Rheumatoid Factor that was high as well as antistrptylocin O was high. The pain in my legs moved up into my lower back and is now over my entire body. the pain on my left side has just gotten worse. I also have a growth of some sort under my left breast, seems to be actually on my ribs. It is honestly larger than a golf ball, feels like my ribs are protruding. ALL of this has happened in less than a month. I have chest pain and three days ago my jaw on the left side hurt so bad I thougt it was going to lock up. I literally feel like I am falling apart.I was referred to a Rheumatologist who sent me in for more tests. Apparetly my ANA came back positive and my blood is now in California (I am in MInnesota) for the ANA 12 panel.

I see the rheumatologist next thursday. My skin also seems like it itches more than normal and have a slight rash in my groin and thigh area. My vision is blurred since all of this has happened as well. WHAT in the world could attack this quickly and so relentlessly. I feel like I dont have time to process one thing when another symptom shows up. I am begging for any help or atleast someone who may have a similar situation so I dont feel like I am going crazy. I dont have any family and I cant talk to my children because I dont want them to worry. Begging for help. Left side flank pain and chest pain are now my two biggest concerns. My knees are the only "joints" that seem to hurt but there is no swelling or redness. Just total body aches.
