Bloodwork interpretation - Help Needed

for years i have had a host of symptoms which i thought were unrelated but now have come to find out they are related and that i have recently been diagnosed with hashimotos.

in the course of dealing with that i was told to see a rheumatologist as there could be other stuff going on with me as some of my symptoms sound like something else may be going on. i went to the rheumatologist and they did some bloodwork and i dont really know what the results mean. i dont have an appointment for another 2 weeks and was hoping someone here could help interpret...i will list only stuff that is out of the normal range:

complement c3 - 159 (high) - normal range 79-152
thyroid microsomal ab - 341 (high) - normal range <60
crp high sensitivity - 3.8 (high) - normal range 1.0-3.0
mchc/hemoglobin/hematocrit lowest number in normal range for each
ana titer - homogenous 1:640 - normal range <1:40, no pattern
ana titer - speckled 1:640 - normal range <1:40, no patttern

does anyone know if this is all hashimotos stuff or if something else is going on too? please help me understand what this could be...
