| Allergic to everything she eats!
I was recently contacted by a gentleman inquiring about odd meats for his daughter who has recently acquired allergies to everything she eats. She can eat something and then will develop an allergy to that item almost immediately. She will then have to remain off and out of contact with that item for 3-4 weeks before it can be reintroduced to her for one meal. The man is in dire straights and is looking to converse with anyone else with similar symptoms. I will be meeting him and his daughter this Wednesday to develop a list of possible meats that she can eat on a rotating basis.
About me - I own a Specialty Meat Distributorship in Hudson, WI and work with a few clients that have such issues, but no one locally. Again if you are willing to talk with this gentleman and his daughter, he would be very appreciative.
