Hello, it's me!! I posted a reply (first ever/anywhere) and read threads for the past 4 hrs. I thought that while learning so much about sooooo much, I would better know where to post my myriad of of clues for any/all could respond with (hopefully) opinions/what specialist to see. Theank-you. Here goes...Dx with hypothyroid after 2nd child born. Dose adjustment no more than 10x in 24 yrs. In 2002, dx with MS (shocked) after learning I didn,t need specs; 90% vision loss-both eyes-Optic Neuritis for 5 months b4 vision returned...residual damage for the past 10 yrs of RRMS is sad. Just as my Neuro told me @ the years prior to MS dx & seeing all the separate/slight issues..It would fit together. I am, again, dealing with several/separate issues and it feels ominously similar. Where to go? Which symptoms/afflictions are relateed? OK...here goes...highly irregular hormones/monthly-3per yr whole life til now accelerating towards menopause; ADDH whole life. Dx/Rx @27. Strong, average weight, athlete, coordinated. Two yrs ago, terrible headache, ER @ 4am, walked in. BP lifelong low; but in triage was 84/60? They were noteably alarmed; I ended up with a week in ICU-was septic/kidney stones lodged. Same time, TSH were never same/switched off generic. thyroid hormone increased appx 12X in 2yrs. MS fatigue & peripheral neuropathy growing. Jan/2012 sinus infection (biggest issue/allergies)/got antibiotic/return/sinus ok-two golf-ball size-hard gland back of head . All front neck glands swollen/neck pain for 7 mos. Neuro ran labs.Seriously/almost nil for vitamin D and B-12 (taken both as supplements 15+ yrs) Celiac positive/barely. Endo doc dx thyroiditis/increase TSH/could take a year. Stir into this autoimmune salad of mine, since @ March- 4 bad cycles of (Only on arms & legs) intense itchy hives/rash;painful,bleeds,almost like intense scratching gets mucousy scab off, only then does itch urge reduces/rash cycle completes itself. Thanks-hope my run-on sentence make ssense. SOS-advise! Neck hurts/pure glandular-not age/strain. What to do next??
