Amberyard, greetings & welcome. I'm sorry you're struggling. There's actually a board called "Blood and Blood Vessel" with recent threads on low platelets, including on ITP. To get to it:
In the blue bar above the title of this board, select "Find a Board". All boards will then display, in categories.
Now select link = "Boards by Alphabetical Order" (upper left). Now locate the "Blood and Blood Vessel" board, and select it.
This isn't to say you shouldn't post here on the Autoimmune board, of course you can! I'm only trying to help locate the groups most familiar with ITP. And maybe you'll get input from both groups, which would be great...
