Hi There Bee!!
It's fantastic to hear from you !!
(The " spooning position"

will be discussed at the end of his message ..)
It HAS been a long while since I've been on the H/Boards, but as I had some Pain meds. info to look up on Web one day, decided to check H/B and that started me off again!..
I have been busy trying to get threads going on sex probs. and pain, on all 3 forums ,( Pain Mang./ Back Probs. and Spinal Dis. ) so no one misses out.
Go over and look for all the Sex/Pain posts.. interesting!!
I hope it's sucessful, have had a number of answers on them All ,and some very relieved Members posting their personal worries which is wonderful ,
and now it's great to see YOU Bee!!!
I am not the best at the moment , lots happening , ultrasound scan next week for possible gallbladder prob. just to add to everything else !!..
BUT the nice thing Bee , since we posted , goodness knows how long that was,
is I am now a Grandma of a dear little girl..
she has just turned 9 months old and is such a happy wee ***, aLWAYS Smiling and laughing ,( til just this week when off colour , cut 2 teeth) no grizzling or crying , so contented, and VERY BUSY!!
So bee, that's the latest news from me!..

Now the sex probs situation...
For those who may not know what the "spooning position ' is maybe they may like to post and ask you? .. it may help them if they are finding 'positions uncomfortable ?..
I am presuming it is where the man lies behind the woman , with them both on their sides ?.. Maybe you or someone else may be able to confirm this ?
For myself, the 'woman on top does not work,' as my body/legs spasm SO badly , I fly off the bed; Husband has given up trying THAT one !!
It "cools the ardour"so to speak!
Any way Bee.. enough from me , ..I really hope your suggestions may help someone .. Thanks for contributing !
