Re: Any ideas
[QUOTE=James Rutter]I've been to my doctors, had MRIs, heart tests, etc and everything is normal. Here is my problem.
I get a burning in my chest and aching under my ribs.. it seems to be getting worse. I dont know if this is back related or not, but my doctor says everything is ok. My thoracic and lumbar MRIs were perfectly normal. Thoracic xray shows MILD arthritis.
I can't seem to find any hint at to all as to what this could be.. Do muscular problems portray themselves in this way ever? It's not a sharp pain, just a burning in the chest and aching in the upper back and ribs.
Any ideas where I can look for answers? Another forum perhaps?
I have the same burning pain occasionally; wakes me up at night sometimes, so it must be partly positional. My doctor has diagnosed it as costochondritis which is also tsetze's syndrome, and now that I have all this back pain, as well, all of them seem to agree that they are all related: i.e., arthritis, spondylosis, ddd. This old frame is a rambling wreck. BTW, just type the name of the disease or symptom on your searcher and you'll enter a whole world of literature about it. Good luck.
