Hi Shay, welcome!! Yes!! A disc problem in the neck can cause headaches!! That's one of the things I'm dealing with!!
I was in a car accident, and have herniated and bulging discs in my neck as well as degeneration! The disc space is narrowing and causing some compression on nerves in there, and that's what's causing my headaches!
I also get achy arms, numb/tingly fingers and alot of radiating pain in the upper part of my back! Especially inbetween and around the shoulder blades!!
I'm sure your MRI will shed some light to your headaches, unless these headaches are simply migraines!! Migraine is pain that's on one side, so that's a possibility too! Let us know what you find out, take care!!
