Question atheritus in lower back
hi everyone im 29 i was suffering from lower back pains i had an xray and now have got my results they tell me i have minor athritis does anyone eles suffer from this or know much about it any suggestions will be most welcome. i

I have also just been DX with arthritis in my L4-5 and L5-S1 and am looking for any info. I'd like to be as educated before seeing the Ortho. next week. Reha- Good luck to you. If I learn anything, I will come back to this thread and pass it on.
