| METRx Anyone?
Hi,
I'm scheduled for a minimally invasive procedure next Monday for a bulging disk at L4-5 that is impinging my left L5 nerve root. I'm confident in my doctor, he's done hundreds of these procedures. He uses the METRx system.
Have any of you had procedures done using this technology? If so, I'm wondering what post-op life was like. My doc does not recommend any type of physical therapy for me which I thought to be a bit odd. Other than this, I am pretty healthy. 42, fairly active until 6 mos ago when the pain first started.
I'm really looking forward to getting this over with and resting over the holiday break.
