I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I myself enjoyed it but 6 days after a second back surgery all of the sitting and driving to two differnet houses has left me wishing Santa hadn't come this year. I didn't lie down or use ice for 10 hours.
I know that all of us need our rest and I hope more of you got it than I.
Believe me New Years day will be different.
Its hard to be a Mom and not do the shopping and cooking. I was at the mall three days post-op from surgery Stupid but I wanted my children to have a nice Christmas. My first fusion was 8 weeks ago so I know how much they also have suffered.
I don't want to leave the house for a week now, and thank god for left overs.
