Question (simple question) What does this mean?

what does this mean-lumbosacral strain/sprain versus a lumbar disc displacement without myelopathy.

Strains and sprains happen in muscles, ligiments and tendons where a displaced disc is a herniation, bulge, sliped or just a moved disc without nerve involvement. Hope this helps. Oh and lumbosacral is obviously where it hurts.
