| | back and neck constantly popping out of place
My back and neck are always popping out of place. I can pop everything back into place, but it's such a hassel. I can't even jog or exercise at all without something needing fixed lol.. I have to stop, twist or stretch in a certain way and it's fine again. I can simply roll my shoulders or move side to side and I can feel a pop somewhere in my back or neck. I could do this for hours and hours lol.. It just doesn't stop. My back doesn't have much muscle on it. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem or not. When I was a very young I would have extreme pain in my right shoulder blade. It went away over the years and the muscle isn't nearly as tight as it used to be. If it's touched or rubbed the tension and pain comes back though..
What should I do about this? I've been to a chiropractor, but I thought it was ridiculous to go and feel great for about 2 hours and then have the problem return.
