Maxed out pain killers/not cutting it
Just keeps getting worse-CONSTANT thoracic pain, just like an ice cold 1" rod jammed between the lower part of shoulder blades. back of legs feel cold. L4/5 C4/5 plus THoracic not found yet. Can't sit on tailbone. Worsen the past couple of days but nothing unusal happened. Any ideas? Been to 2 Neurologists - now 6-7 weeks wait for next doctor in pain clinic.

Surely someone can give you something else for pain until you get to the next dr! I feel for you - I haven't found out the source(s) of my pain yet either but they've tried me on neurontin (not helping), parafon forte(no help), lortab seems to be the only thing to dull my pain enough to work.

do you also feel the cold on your rib cage? im having this as well as my hip and outer thigh. with back coldness.

Back and legs just have turned cold in the past few days. Everything just keeps getting alittle worse-add another reaction to something they have tried I guess. 1 1/2 years of this. WHo knows -reaction to all the meds -or the body telling me something?

Why don't you get a massage or a hot tub? That really helps the most for me. Also, if you have to get pain medication I would suggest Percocet and maybe some valium for muscle pain.
